The apartment was amazing! It had a balcony with a beautiful view of the garden, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. The satellite flat-screen TV was great for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchenette made it easy to prepare my own meals. The private bathroom was clean and had all the essentials. I felt comfortable and at home in this cozy space.

That the studio had a washing machine. It wasn't something I needed during my stay, but others might find it useful.

Holiday base for travelling to Lille and sightseeing.

We had a very comfortable stay in Lille really close to the city centre and 2 main train stations. We liked the host. The bed was comfortable after a long flight. Got private bathroom with a tub. The location was best possible, 10 minutes' walk from Gare of Lille-Saint-Sauveur Cultural Center...

Jaw-dropping location, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and right above the bustling town center with a mind-blowing view from the spacious balcony. The cozy apartment had everything, including a free Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. The informative and friendly host made our stay super convenient. We'll definitely stay here again!

it was ideal base for travelling to lille, i was glad to stay there. the host made me feel at home. stayed in extremely spacious room with a queen size bed. a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets were provided.

The setting was very busy, it was a pity.

It was also on top of a huge shopping mall with a wide range of shopping outlets. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were very attentive and quick to respond to any issues. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious studio with a large balcony. The view from the balcony was beautiful, overlooking the gardens. it was a great value for money and we highly recommend it.

During my recent stay at Studios De Standing - Emeraude, I was delighted by the excellent location, just a short walk from the train station and the charming old quarter. The cleanliness of the place and the complimentary Wi-Fi were also major pluses. The staff at the front desk were incredibly accommodating and helpful.

While the breakfast offered at the property was a bit pricey, there were plenty of nearby options for a more affordable and delicious morning meal.

With two major train stations just a stone's throw away and a shopping mall right next door, you'll have easy access to transportation and plenty of shopping options. The bustling area is also filled with a variety of restaurants, bars, and fast food outlets, ensuring you'll never go hungry. Plus, the view from the balcony towards the train station is quite a sight to behold.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. the cleanliness of the towels left much to be desired, as several stains were visible.
